odpowiedz jest prosta edytujemy plik konfiguracyjny bazy danych: nano /etc/mysql/my.cnf i w części
[mysqld]
.....
innodb_use_native_aio =0
....
[mysqldump]

zapisujemy i re-konfigurujemy bazę dany

chdpkg-reconfigure mysql-server-5.5

/etc/init.d/mysql restart
[ ok ] Stopping MySQL database server: mysqld.
[ ok ] Starting MySQL database server: mysqld ..
[info] Checking for tables which need an upgrade, are corrupt or were
not closed cleanly..
